Les images du parc aquatique Marineland d’Antibes dévasté

This article describes the utter mess that is Marineland in France after a typhoon hit the coast. So many animals dead, the rest surviving in unsanitary and dangerous conditions.

These types of events highlight how ethically unsound it is to place animals in a position of dependence on humans for their safety and care. No animal should be unable to flee and protect themselves from such disasters. Many are suffering now, unable to get out of their grim, danaged tanks and enclosures.

End captivity. There are so many arguments against holding animals captive, and this tragic example is just one of them.
